Can a CPA work in pk without getting ICAP's CA? what is the starting and experienced CA salary in pk?

It's not clear whether you want to start a career in industry or in Public Practice. As far as industry is concerned there is no restriction but if you wanna engage in public practice then ICAP Membership is must.

Regarding salaries, it solely depends which organization you'll be working for. You can expect something like 100,000 provided you are experienced enough.
