Well, feeling down and low in study or any other work is natural. I often got motivation by offering prayers, playing a physical game and reading real success stories of others.

I was used to have some rest keeping my head in the lap of my mother, when she was alive!!! May God rest her soul in eternal peace.
Mothers are the best source of guidance, strength and motivation!!!

May her and all our relatives and Muslims who are not with us rest in eternal peace. Loosing someone closely associated with you is the most painful experience of life.
Parents and our families are of course are a great source of motivation for all of us. Sometimes, I feel that what is the use of one's success in life if they people who are more keen to see us successful than ourselves are not there with us to share our joys.
