These are in consonance of CA Ordinance 1961 and were latestly revised in 1983. Bye Law 106 means its section (clause or article) 106. Paid leave means that no deduction would be made from stipend of the student against such leave. Firm will inform ICAP in advance in such a situation and get the approval for extra days to be worked by the student. Upon approval, the articleship tenure is enhanced accordingly.
