what is the scope of FRM in Pakistan ???

Hi
According to my limited knowledge, at present there are handful of them in Pakistan and probably 2-3 are working for State Bank. One of my CFA friend who was interested in FRM with the intention to move to Canada, provided me this information around 10 months ago.
