i am in final year of B.Com(bachelor in commerce).am i eligible for CFA?

CFA (certified financial analyst) is an american prominent accountancy qualification. it is very costly as compared to other qualifications.
that is Rs. 70,000+ per paper. it's papers usually consists of MCQs.

I dont think it is an accountancy certification. It is an amalgam of finance, statistics and other things used in financial analysis like derivatives, fixed income securities and stocks etc. I can be specific about the subjects but there is a long list.
You can find all the information on cfainstitute.org. it costs about 700 US dollars for one level and it becomes more as you register close to exam date.
if the bcom in pakistan is still two years you ll have to make you it equivalent to US bachelors which is for 4 years. So get your transcripts evaluated by an international evaluation service like ETS or there may be some link there on cfa website.
