Disclosure of Shares held by Associates - smraza - 01-17-2004
Dear All,
As per disclosure requirements of IAS 1, we need to disclose the number of shares held by associated Undertakings, but if we have missed that, but that shortcoming in the financial statements is covered by the Patern of Share holding as required by Code of Corporate Governance,
can any body give me opinion on that???
Although it fulfills the ultimate objective i.e. user is informed.
