I can sympathise your situation, but I am afraid to get the accurate insight about the job market for Accountants in Dubai, it would only be achieved by actually contacting professionals in your country.
I can also appreciate that you may not know any body in the profession, but you could consult your family members, friends, teachers, who could be of more help.
By all means, you would get the 'ins' and 'outs' of the industry by speaking with professionals in your area, i.e. in Dubai.
