<font face="Tahoma">Dear members
i am now a days planning to go abroad for higehr studies through HEC scholorship program. But there is a problem that under HEC Scholorships elegibility criteria you may have maximum of two second divs but not less than 50%.
<font color="red">My academics qualification has only one second div but it is less than 50%. </font id="red">
Now my purpose of this post is that is there any scholorship available for which i can apply through hec scholorship program.
my academic details are as follows
<font color="red">Matriculation 75%
Intermediate 49%
Bacelors 62%
Masters 80%</font id="red">

aslam-u-alikm humayun. aap wala same masla mere sath bhi hai.
mere marks ye hai
matric 71%
inter 49%
bachlor 73%
and now i am doing m.com from punjab univeristy and inshallah i will get excellent marks.
but mai bhi pareshan hoo k ye kya zeyadti hai humaray sath. sirf aik ghalti ki waja se humay opportunity nahi di ja rahi hai. aur scholership to kya pakistan mai kai universities aisi hain jo whole acedmic career mai 50% se kam marks wale ko M.Phil ya PHD mai admission hi nahi deti. jinn mai punjab university bhi shamil hai. this is not fair. hum masterz tak aaye hai aur itne ache marks se master pass kia hai, inter se aap ka kya lena dena.

but mere khayal main Pakistan main aap ko MPHIL ya Ph.D main Admission mil sakta hai but you can't apply for hec scholorship or fellowship.
many universities in Islamabad like Air, Bahria, NUST, CIIT, ISLAMIC INTERNATIONAL (I'VE DONE MBA FROM THERE)and SZABIST offer admission for mphil or phd.
but u can't apply for Scholorships and fellowship
This is just a damn bull****. . .
Not Fair Policy...
Policy should be
1 Second div in whole academic career whether it's 45% or 59%

but HEC se scholership le kar aborad ja kar PHD karne mai jo mazza hai wo yaha to nahi na saqta. HEC should reconsider on its policy. 50% ki bjaye 49% kar dena chahiye D
