One of my friends went to RIAZ and CO at their faisalabad office and he told me that they are registering students after probation of one year..so will anybody tell me that what is the exact probation period at Big 4 n other big firms..

the probation period is 2 months as per icap, and also as per my knowledge Big 4 r following the same.. bt it is also upto the discretion of partner of the firm as one of the big 4 didnt register some of the students even after probation in one of its 6 monthly recruitment, bt of course it was conditional upon some requirements..

in firms the probabtionar period is till that u not passes Ca intermediat when u passed it they registered u
