Assalaam Aleekum
I am not well versed with accounting and all. Hope you will
forgive my ignorance.
I want to know what are rights of a director in a private limited.
The company in question has 2 directors. One is chief executive and
other director. Both have equal shares.

Dear for knowing the power of the director of a private limited company kindly read section 196 of the companies ordinance.
