hey i dont knw which firms r included in the so called "the big 4"
i know that A.F Ferguson and KPMG taseer & co r the two but which r the other two?
also if i complete my inter in 3-2.5 years is there a chance fr m to get in the above mentioned firms?

Each firm has its own criteria for recruitment.

wat type of criteria,written test or interview? or both?

Yup, both, first of all you may receive a call based upon you CV, after that there will be first and second interview.

II. Taseer Hadi (KPMG)

IV. Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidaat Hyder

I and II takes interviews only, first interview is generally took by managers and second is usually with a partner.

III and IV takes an enterance test first, then first and second interview which is generally took by HR managers and then partner.

As far as induction is concerned, it will all depend on the circumstances and the time period within which you qualify your CA Inter. Best of Luck!
