Silence can be a very effective tool of communication. If utilized tactfully, it can convey our feelings and reactions in so many ways.. Sometimes we don't find words to express ourselves but silence does express those feelings/emotions very well...Pauses and gaps during conversation are also as important as speaking (sometimes even more!) So silence is a language in itself...
So we should learn how and when to use it to our advantage...
