well...age factor ki waja se problem to hoti hain but zaroori nahee hai...can be a successful marriage. jo baat ghalat lagti hai woh hai un sahab ka advance mein irada keh doosri shadi karega jab woh lady mazeed old age ho jayengee. but on the other hand if she knows this fact and she agrees to this marriage then un sahab ki niyet Allah behatar jane but otherwise mujhe koi problem nazar nahee atee.

Salam,
There is nothing wrong in marrying twice or having two wives,infact it's a practice that is encouraged in Islam.
Your friend's case is confusing though....[8)]
There should be an element of love in marriage even though this might not be the dominating factor.....so,if your friend is willing to marry this old lady & later marry some other girl without divorcing this old lady,in my view there is nothing worng or abnormal in this.BUT it should be kept in mind that later on it would be difficult for him to do justice between two wives of his.

Shadi sirf pyar k liay he nai ki jati or na sirf shadi sy pehlay pyar hona zarori hay, agr wo aik social responsibility smaj k kuch acha krna chahta hay tu he should do that, un khatoon ko sahara mil jay ga or sr chupanay ki jga b jahan wo apna ghr smj k reh skay or baqi rahi dosri shadi ki bat tu agr zarorat mehsos ho tu zror kray bjay is k k kuch ghalat kray.
