yaar main tou aftaari main heavy cheezain rakhti hun, ye alag baat ha k tjora teher k namaz parh k khati hun

well my favourite is italiano

is k liey qeema lo mutton ka ya mince ka, usko gala k bhoon lo aam tarha say jis tarha tum log bhoontay ho, bas mirchain thori tez rakhna

macronis ka aik packet boil karo lekin thori c kasar chor do bilkul soft daliya mat karo

aik pan main 2 spoon maida lay k bhoono 1 mint tak jab smell ajaey light c tab us main butter ya ghee add kardo thora sa then usko continuosly hilatay rao and milk add karo 1 cup lekin usko smoothly hilao so that paste ban jaega us main black pepper and salt add kardo,, ye tyaar ha white sause

ab oven ko preheat karo, aik oven dish lo gehri c us k andar pehlay aik layer qeema ki lagao phir macroni ki layer phir white sause ki layer us k ooper thora sa chedder n moz cheese then again qeema macroni sause ki layer phir sab say ooper cheese ki topping karo agar topping main optional tomato onion and olives dalna chaho tou daal lo then red chillies charko and oven main rakh do for 20 mins at low heat, us k baad mazay karo

main qeema pehlay say tyaar kar k freezer main rakhti hun, jab ye banaana ho tou thora sa nikal k daal deti hun and maximum 45 mins lagtay hain isay bananay main

sensible....ye macroni dalain gy ya lazania ki ptian?? lil confusion.
tip....gr kisi ko plane white sauce pasand na ho wo us mai knoor ka aik cube daal lain us sy sauce mai dodh ka flavour db jae ga.as i dont like milk to mai wo dalti hon sauce mai bht mzy ka bn jata hai.

@ ciapk, khair recipe tu mushkil nahe woh tu you ko wardah bata he dy ge but ek baat hai firni banani kisi kisi ko aati hai aur har kisi k hath sy achi nahe banti.))))))))))))))))))

Ingredients
* 12 nos. Almonds
* 4 tablespoons Rice flour
* 21/2 cups Milk
* 5 tablespoons Sugar
* 8 strands Saffron
* 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
Method
* Blanch and grind the almonds to a fine paste with 1/2 cup milk. Mix together the ground almond paste and rice flour and keep aside.
* Bring the milk to a boil. Add the sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves. Keep aside a tablespoon of hot milk and dissolve the saffron in it. Add the almond-rice mixture into the boiling milk along with the saffron.
* Stir continuously for a few mintues till the milk thickens and attains a custard-like consistency. Sprinkle in the cardamom powder. Take off fire and cool to room temperature.
* Pour into individual bowls, garnish with almonds and pistachios and refrigerate.
