Indian Accounting Period - Fabrizio - 09-30-2010
I am facing India Gaap first time in my job and i have some questions about the accounting period.
Generally the Accounting Period in India is from 1^April to 31 March.
Is it possible for a Indian private company to change its accounting period from 1/apr-31/march to 1/January-31/December?
Is it possible also for fiscal purposes?
There is any restriction in doing that?
