requirements for companies regularization scheme - insearchof - 10-18-2010
Hello,
Does any one know what forms have to be submitted to secp under the "companies regularization scheme". The private limited company in question has not conducted any business since creation a few years ago. No change i directors / shares or anything else.
My understanding is that only Form A would have to be filed for the missed years. Can anyone confirm?

(for re-appointment of auditors/directors/Chief Executive; auditors are appointed every year while directors will have to be re-elected after the expiry of tenure of first directors that is one year)
