markers/highlighters allowed or not in ICAP paper? - zeeshan799 - 06-19-2004

on admit card it was printed that paper should have been solved with one ball pen or pen i.e no pointers or markers but according to examiners comments 75% of students did not use pointers or highlighters which was a factor of being failed. ICAP's own examiner's and co-ordinator's comments dont match . Can some-one tell what is going on?

Dear Friend!
As your query suggest that you'r taken over by the ICAP..Any how as far as the use of the markers/pointers are concerned there is no restriction to use them. But there is only restriction of over using of the markers/pointers etc. Especially the use of the RED ball points/markers...So just prevent to overuse the highlighted ones.OK
