corporate governance softwares - shabraatee - 07-09-2004

can we say that accounting softwares of different types used in the world are tools of corporate governance.. or
"The Risk Management processes, procedures and controls that must now form part of Corporate Governance have been designed to ensure that the Directors have a clear view of the level of risk to which the organisation’s stakeholders are exposed, and are able to report this to them. The BSI issued a ten point checklist that clearly sets out the Directors' responsibility in this regard.

The RisGen software’s unique approach to the linking of risk throughout the hierarchy of an organisation allows for risk to be assessed at all levels and to be managed at the most suitable level. This process gives the required visibility to the directors and auditors to enable them to report accurately to the stakeholders on their exposure."
i think CG softwares are a set of lot of softwares covering each aspect of busniess management and control.

For all we ought to have thought,
But have not thought,
For all we ought to have said,
But have not said,
For all we ought to have done,
But have not done,
I pray to The God,
For forgiveness.
