Salam,
well I guess you can continue with your previous CAT registration. you can directly contact the ACCA here. students@accaglobal.com
and ask for your concerns.
Besides there are certain changes in the format now by ACCA.
CAT has 9EXAMS(as before with some changes in names of the papers)
and the new introduced route to ACCA Foundation in Accountancy.it has 7 papers ( all computer based exams) and then you can transfer yourself to ACCA.
7papers= Foundation in Accountancy then add 2papers to qualify as CAT.
I'd prefer to transfer yourself to ACCA after 7papers.
go to www.accaglobal.com and check out your new CAT and FIA platform(if u remember myacca passcode)

Regards,
Ali
