Secondly for your info i am an ACCA affiliate in a period of 2 years & 3 months and have passed all my papers first time except p3 which i failed once and have been a consistently good student throughout my life. My average ACCA score has been 67. I also hold a certificate of achievement awarded to me by ACCA for scoring 96% in f2. I have been an A grader all my life and on top of that I am a certified computer technician. I beleive that to be a "good" educational record.

yar firstly it was just my opinion..im not in the hr dept of ey im a student like u too.. and secondly i meant sports debate etc by ecc activities but if u were A grader all ur life n ur an affiliate then u must have missed ey's call or else its obiviously not fair.. i wish u good luck but i hope i get in sumhow altho my test wasnt gud.. n im posting since start n iv read tht sumbdy got the call even without passing f8 so there is something wrong if he really doesnt have any reference in ey.. - shayanshonu - 03-24-2011
quote
i dont remember the question but i think it was 16(96)12 and 10(?)15 .. and i think the answer was 75 cuz (16 x 12)/2 = 96 and (10 x 15)/2 = 75

yeah it was 12 i mistakenly wrote 13..thanks for the ans..what about the other one 65 35 17 ? - masroorahmed - 03-24-2011 @Arsalan7 guys THOUGH BACKGROUND IS A FACTOR, YET AGE ALSO MATTERS, GOD KNWS PROCESS OF SELECTION TRY OTHER,Y V SHUD TAKE TENSION aray ye to shair bangaya,,, wippy!!! i ve become a poet ,,,, ahhahahahahaha plz guys dont critique,,, i was just motivating the guys witn no interview call!!!! Khair hoping that i get into some other bog 4 Inshaa Allah. - mini - 03-24-2011 asim anjum (GT) mein acca finalist student ka kya chance hai? - Dard - 03-24-2011 GT's criteria is ACCA affiliate. - Dard - 03-24-2011 I am not good at sequences, but i tried. 65/2= 32.5, the second number is 2.5 more than 32.5(ie. 35). 35/2= 17.5, the third number is 0.5 less than 17.5(ie 17). So the sequence is a, b=a/2+2.5, c=b/2-0.5, d=c/2+2.5, e=d/2-0.5 and so on. Therefore the fourth number is 17/2+2.5= 11. - mini - 03-24-2011
quote
GT's criteria is ACCA affiliate.

Karachi office? what abt 13/14 papers? any chance? and when do they start recruiting .. any idea? - arsalan7 - 03-25-2011
quote

quote
i dont remember the question but i think it was 16(96)12 and 10(?)15 .. and i think the answer was 75 cuz (16 x 12)/2 = 96 and (10 x 15)/2 = 75

yeah it was 12 i mistakenly wrote 13..thanks for the ans..what about the other one 65 35 17 ?

unfortunately i ran out of time else my ans wud have been 3 because (square of 2) - 1 = 3 (square of 4) + 1 = 17 (square of 6) - 1 = 35 (square of 8) + 1 = 65 - arsalan7 - 03-25-2011
quote
I am not good at sequences, but i tried. 65/2= 32.5, the second number is 2.5 more than 32.5(ie. 35). 35/2= 17.5, the third number is 0.5 less than 17.5(ie 17).
