hi zaker

There are several issues involved here.

First of all, why do u need to install and older version of windoes (ie. Me) when you already have the newer versions installed (2k, XP)?

The other issue/problem is that since you have 2k/XP installed, chances are that your hard drives have been converted to NTFS (a better file management system) rather than FAT32 (an archaic, legacy system from the DOS/Win95/98 days). The problem is that older operating systems like Win98 or Me cannot be installed on NTFS drives. It means that if you insist on installing WinME then you'll have to reformat your hard drive to the older system and you will lose all your data including this installation of WinXP.

If your hard drive is Fat32 and you dont have an old OS like DOS/Win98 etc already installed and u still insist on installing WinMe <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>, you will have to boot from either a floppy drive or from a bootable a CD-Rom. After booting from these devices, go to your CD drive by entering "x" and pressing enter on the command prompt (x being the letter of you CD-Rom drive). Insert the WinMe CD and write "Setup" and press enter. Voila!!
