Some observations about this place...

I'm being intentionally vague here, but i think there is a reason why the better contributors have been leaving - but this is something that doesn't seem to be a primary concern. getting more members is, and the former isn't even mentioned as far as i've seen. Keeping interesting people around is a big deal to me - or else i could end up getting bored too and drifting away (as could others). I don't want to offer any opinions of what should be done, especially since it's complicated - just want to publicly vent. If the best there is to do is to post in the Genral discussion, then that shows you how interesting the debate here has become.

I do tend to make things seem like they're overly dramatic though. I post less because i'm at work most of the day. it would be nice, though, to come home and spend some time participating in interesting/stimulating debate. That hasn't happened in a while though.. there have been some good moments though..
