I would expect our chief justice to posses a detail insight of our political environment. Both Jamat Islami and MQM are heavily armed organisations and it is a fact known by people who have very limited understanding of our political environment. Hence I would assume chief justice to be aware of this fact too, and I also assume him to be aware of the possibility of a conflict between these parties. Taking all that in to consideration he should be thinking to postpone his trip to Karachi in order to avoid a possible conflict. A thoughtless decision was made by him I hope he realised it by now.
Agree with you Praces that Quaid-e-Azam was the best leader and I also salute hundreds of Muslim league workers who worked with him.
I noticed some of the members are using words like âwe (Punjabis)â. Though ordinarily I would not mind it, and there is nothing wrong with it but can I suggest not to classify our self in such a manner. I do feel (personally) a need to unite as Pakistani and nothing else.
