Can an ACCA sign an audit report in Pakistan?

So if that's true, what then is the ultimate benefit of getting an ACCA as opposed to completing a CA?

Now of course if someone wants to go to UK etc, then maybe ACCA is a recognizable credential, but my thinking is, that if one has to spend so many hours learning something, why not spend it getting the CA in Pakistan as opposed to ACCA?
