Itâs depand on weather r u withholding agent or not concern U/S,,,,
Missal k tor par agar aap ki ka sole proprietor ya Unregisterd AOP business hay to aap withholding agent nahi ho U/S153, or aap tax deduct nahi karo gay supplies or services pay,,,
Agar aap registerd Firm (AOP) ya Company ho to aap withholding agent ho U/S 153
