4. Gratuity deemed to be salary. â Where any gratuity is paid to an employee during his life-time, the gratuity shall be treated as salary paid to the employee for the purposes of this Ordinance.

ap salary or gratuity ko alahda aladda tasavor kar rahi ho, gratuity par alahda say calculation nahi ho gi balky salary k sath hi is ki calculation ho gi yani salary income may add kar k,

jitni gratuity exempt hay wo exempt salary may add ho gi, or jitni gratuity taxable hay wo taxable salary may add ho jaye gi,, phir tax calculation ho gi,
