Expectations:

in our daily life we have people around us expecting a lot of different things from us.. so do we have a great deal of expectations from people surrounding us...

but everyone has its own perception.. sometimes we cant even wonder what we are being expected for!!
and sometimes we act beyond the expectations..

my questions are

-do u think we should communicate our expectations to the other person in some manner..instead of guessing he knows all??
( there are some understood expatations like being faithfull to each other in a relationship. m talking about the expectationss dat are less obvious)

-if we should not communicate our expectations then y do we dont hesitate in communicating our disappointment if such expecations is not fulfilled....

-what should we do if someone is acting opposite of wat v expected out of him? ( even wen u properly communicated wat u expect from him)


in an unbreakable relation ship (for e.g parent and child) if one of the person is not upto the expectations.. then shud the other person start expecting less out of the other peron? and upto wat extent?
