our nation has ample talent in every walk of life, including sports. v produced many world class players n sportsmen. but the prob is tht v do not ve proper coaching, n proper academies. v, especially the mgmt of sports, r just happy n satisfied tht our ppl r so talented tht they can do miracles in sports without ne grooming. authorities do not do n do not want to do ne well planned things. they r contended in tht our ppl r doing good with out ne institutions, so why shud v take ne such step?

this is just a ridiculous thinking by our authorities. it is not limited to just sports. it prevails in many profession. authorities give a hand to every argument by saying th ppl r already very talented, they need no coaching, they will do for u, they r god gifted, etc

this same philosophy has kept muslims, as a whole, from advancing in the fields of science n technology. muslims ve always rested upon their laurels, insted of proceeding. muslims ve always taken pride in telling tht european nations were very backward, uneducated, poor, etc. n tht it were the muslims who guided them, it were the muslims who taught them latest education n other modern ways. but mulims just kept to tht, n later generations of muslims didnot do nething very comendable, except few exceptions.

the results??? these r obvious today. eurpoeans n other nations ve out classed muslims in science, technology, education, research, n in every modern technology. u know, out of the total number of research papers published all arround the world by qualified PhDs n researchers, more than 60% come from jewish scholars. n our rerspected entire muslim world produces less than 1% of this research.

so u see the difference??? result is tht muslim nations own the resourses, by cannot exploit them properly. how many oil&gas companies of international repute r owned by muslims?? despite the fact tht muslims own the largest oil&gas resourses????

reason is the same aforementioned philosophy of we muslims. i m not promoting a muslim vs. non-muslim debate. but the facts remain the same.
