Yes we are getting close, but still not there...
Ok I will give you the answer, here it is
Ok this man is looking in a mirror, after he has killed his family,
in the line "Cloths are blacked with only the families last cry!" Refers to blood on the persons cloths. He is describing himself in a mirror after killing his family, as if he has a split personality. Ashamend of what he has done (Encased in my mind, within me I have no felt,
) and trys to denie it. The line "He pays the fiddlers bill" refers to his anger, and emotional struggle he has had with this problum. But in the end "Blackened Cries, and MY DEEP BILL" and "I wish he gone, and I hope to see him no more... " are when he wishes it wouldent have happened in the first place. Now i know it was very unclear, and hard to understand, but thats why i put it out here =)

If I could... Then I would... Turn back time!!
