Salam 2 u all!

Code of Corporate Governance (Pakistan) & Sarbanes Oxley Act

How will u rate both of the above? Will anyone tell me the differences between the two. i think the Act is more broad in its coverage and emphasize on rejuvenating the spiritual soul of the company.how can the present code of corporate governance can be improved for effective governance.<font face='Century Gothic'></font id='Century Gothic'><font size=5></font id=size5><font color=blue></font id=blue><b></b>

The CCG is older than SOX, but I think they have ammended the act by borrowing some stuff from SOX, I remeber going to a CPE meet which discussed that around two years ago. Let me see if I can dig out any thing on that.
