please recommend me a book for statistics(PAPER A2), instead sher m chaudhary, it is not comprehencive.

here is another very good & comprehensive book on stats for a2 i.e
FEDERAL STATISTICS ( LEVEL-ONE ) REVISED EDITION
by PROF. NADEEM AKHTAR SIDDIQUI . GET IT & IF U LIKE IT THEN U CAN ALSO TRY FOR level-two as well.

get AT foulks lynch also...they ask weird probablity and test/sampling question from there..

"Introduction to Statistics" by "Professor Dr. Sher Muhammad Chaudhary" is enough; I think so.

"Statistics by Shahid Jamal" is also a good Book for Statisics beside the "Statistics by Khurshid Alam" for Some specific Topics
