didnt you see my "Significant Accounting Policies"????
If u are still unable to find accounting policies, then you should ask guybrush, as being auditor why he issued clean audit report on the accounts without accounting policies <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Since these policies do not carry any importance in the eyes of the management for preparation of accounts, therefore from this year we have put them right at the end of the notes section just before the note about corresponding figures. It has now been renamed to <b>'Totally Insignificant Accounting Policies'</b>.

Issuing a clean report is our majboori as SMR is our one and only client and we do not want to lose this precious client!

Dont try to charge depreciation on SMR coz you have to charge Depletion on him coz this kind of Asset don't have any Residual value like mines ok <img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

waise I think k, in this profession u learn a lot. Not only while studying, but when u r doing internship from a Chartered Accountant firm.

And one thing is time management and time slicing. --- dekho na it simpy depends upon the Job Incharge k how he manages his job, he may take his team along with and minimize the fazool time, gossips and usage of net, etc. etc. and can give targeted job and allow his subordinates to go after they complete their work assigned top them.

KHAIR I am also a part of the system I try my best to minimize ....

Thanx to Asif bhai for his precious thoughts

And miss Sadaf i m not afraid of CA coz in my view CA studies are not difficult and according to my own experience it is not tough to pass CA examination. but i was asking about late sittings without any reason and without any work and that was the matter which should be disscussed.

There is a will there is a way.
