Double Taxation Treaty

Can anybody provide me a list of countries with which Pakistan has a treaty to avoid double taxation. I specifically want to know whether Pakistan has a double taxation treaty with USA.

I contacted CBR but nobody gave any proper replies.

Hi Guybrush!

Well i dont exactly know about Double taxation treaty,since i m a foundation student yet, so sorry for any mistake or error.But what i do is to try to findout whatever question is posted on this forum.In this way i m updating my knowledge.

Well i foundout a link,where there is a complete list of countries with whom Pakistan Has enetred into this agreement. And ya USA is among the countries with whom Pakitan has avoidance of double taxation agreement.

U can also go to www.cbr.gov.pk --> direct taxes --> income tax for non residents.

At the end of page u can find the list of countries

I've found this excellent web page on CBR's website where there is a list of countries with which Pakistan has a double taxation treaties. The page also features country specific treaties in downloadable form.
