Can a person who only completed Chartered Accountant Articleship/Apprenticeship for 3 years dealing with Accounts & Audit functions, but not passed any C.A. Exams is eligible under Federal Skilled Workers Category to apply for a Canadian Green Card? Your immediate clarification is highly appreciated.
