The most important part is
..........."However, since now a days many ulemas are fake, who have no authentic information/knowledge, so Fatwa should be taken after ensuring the authenticity of Muftis because it is probable to take wrong decision based on unauthentic information".........
and
.........."Conclusively, in our life quite few issues are raised which require Fatwa since most of the complicated issues(of minor nature / of relating to our daily life) have already been concluded".........
I loved to read these lines being factual and focussed.
The thing that is painful is well known and quite understandable. The example of ONLINE ISTIKHARA was therefore said to be extremely painful. Some people (certainly not at this forum) tend to make everything related to religion as a source of their livelihood. This has been cursed, if we don't forget. ONLINE ISTEKHARA is one of its core example. I use to read at the wall chalkings at Karachi concerning such Istekhara offers for certain fixed payment.
Islam does not allow it.
Islam also does not allow doing fake things.
We must not forget that Allah curses the ones who make money by selling Ayaat-e-Kareema (Naoozbillah).
Fatawaas are too important when some interpretation is required; but as Ajnabi said the most of too difficult things have already been sorted out in 1400 plus years and there are too meager issues that may arise to have a need of some Fatwa.
I don't comment on any online availability of Fatwa specifically but I believe this trend is quite dangerous as far as foundation of the message of Islam is concerned; specially when we see that Islam has already been bifurcated in a large number of mindsets and religious sects. You can imagine what could be the situation when 72 sects of Islam will bring in 72 different Fatwaas on one issue.
People of knowledge know that similar things have happened historically and have resulted in number of variant practices on various issues by same nation that is collectively called as Muslims. "Divorce" is one example.
This has an impact which i hope people can feel and understand specially when they come to make other nations understand what Islam is and what the core message is.
I personally believe that Fatawaas should be as minimum as possible and majority of the things should strictly be based upon Holy Quran, Ahadees, and Uswa-e-Hasna without providing for personalized interpretations. Why? Because historically Fatawaas have not been agreed by all and historically different Fatawaas have been given on same issues without calling for an AJMA-E-UMMAH.
I hope people will understand my point of view.

Kamran.
