@mubujk
its better for u to join PIPFA before going for CA or ACCA it will give u an idea of how difficult professional qualification is. obviously PIPFA has its own worth there is no harm in JOINING PIPFA. so in my opinion u shud join PIPFA. @ ALI RAZA brother when u dont know about some thing then how could u give ur opinion on that ???? Please give some logical reasons.

Mubujk, if your ultimate target is Chartered Accountancy(CA), or Certified Chartered Accountancy (ACCA), then bypass and forget PIPFA.....Try to Admit yourself in CA or ACCA....Because these certifications takes time or in many cases they delayed for many years.So it's always better to start such Professional qualification at earliest inorder to complete it at young age.
Just dont afraid of Challenges U have to face in CA....Remember.....Stormy Sea always make good Sailors! despite of asking us, Ask yourself what your main target is ? Then make stretigy accordingly. Best of Luck in your Career And sorry mujhay Stretigy ki sahi spelling nahi ati.

Thanks you for your replies.
I am a student of Mod D and going well in CA with the help of Allah as I had recently cleared 4 papers (3+1) in Mod C & B and INSHA ALLAH I will get through. Problem is not with me. My sister is about to clear his intermediate education. I suggested her to join CA but due to length and difficulty of profession, she denied. I still suggested her to join accountancy profession.I come to know about PIPFA (Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants) which is short and easy, competitively. 1.5+2 years length (study + experience). I want to know the market of this profession and people (@ Ali Raza) dont know about PIPFA. Waiting for Replies. Thanks Regards.
Asalamualikum, Plzz visit www.pipfa.edu.pk

PIPFA is a joint venture of ICMAP, ICAP and Auditor General of Pakistan. The required academic qualification for PIPFA is intermediate or A-Level. Although its duration is 1.5 years but it is also a difficult certification. I do not know whether member of PIPFA can practice as practicing accountant or not. But in private sector PIPFA qualified persons have no enough worth mainly because PIPFA was established to cater the requirement of audit persons for government organizations. Although syllabus of PIPFA is tough but a PIPFA qualified person only get 6 to 7 exemptions in ICMA. I think same numbers of exemptions are available in CA for PIPFA qualified persons. The students of ICMA and CA who complete 5 semesters of their certifications are offered membership of PIPFA. But along with all above mentioned facts, being a member of PIPFA you enjoy the benefits of member of recognized body of professional accountants. Thatâs why PIPFA may also a good option.
