Mr. A and Mr. B are holding one share jointly in X and Co. During a meeting Mr. A wants to vote in favor of resolution while Mr.B is dissenting. What should Company Secretary do?

In my view, as Mr.A's name will be borne first in the register of members and his vote will be counted by the CS.
