SAFA Student Exchange Programme with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)-

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has invited a team of upto 10 students of ICAP to visit India under the SAFA Student Exchange Programme from 7 December 2005 to 14 December 2005. During the visit, the students will have first hand exposure on the functioning of reputed Chartered Accountants firms / industries in India and will also interact with their counterparts at ICAI. The visit will be scheduled to start with the All India CA Student’s Conference to be held at Indore, India on 8 - 9 December 2005. The departure point would be Lahore and onward travel would be by road / rail. Cost of travel upto Delhi and back (approx Rs. 4000) will be the responsibility of the student. All expenses during stay in India will be borne by ICAI.
ICAP students of Final level who wish to be on the visiting team are to complete the attached Application Form and submit it through their Principal to Assistant Manager Registration at ICAP Head Office, Karachi latest by 20 October 2005. Selected candidates would be informed personally by the Institute within a week. Desiring students are required to download Application Form from ICAP website in MS-Word Format.
