Agar ap chahty han k company ko tax withheld na karna pary,,,,, to rent agreement panchon owners k sath karna pary ga, or company jo rent pay kary gi us ka cheque bhi har owner ka alahda alahda banana pary ga.

Par mujhay nahi lagta k aysa howa ho ga, un panchon may say kisi 1 owner k sath company ka agreement howa ho ga is waja say kanoni tor par wo income usi shaks ki hay jis k nam say agreement hay or jis k naam say cheque issue howa hay is waja say company ko tax withheld karna zarori hay.

1 tarika or hay k wo panchon owners AOP registerd ho jayen, to jo tax un ki income par withheld ho ga wo us ka redbait lay sakyn gay.
