You will need to have your class 12 results converted to the local higher secondary results - an equivalnce certificate. That will determine what your grade is and will be the prime measure of your admission to the college. I must tell you it is quite competitive since KC is the best college/Uni in Lahore for girls/women.
Try this link, I dont think this is the official web site (or for that matter if there is one) but you may find some useful info there http//www.kinnairdcollege.com/

Thanks for you help, ausman.
I already know about that site... but I dun think they provide any ONLINE services where I can check what my grades are equivalent to. Do you know about any ONLINE service?
05-28-2006, 07:25 PM
You will get equivalence if you have completed 12 years education. Usually they cut off 10% numbers & give you the appropriate grade if the degree you hav obtained is based on internal assessment. If external assessment, then you may get the same percentage here as you obtained in your foreign degree. but thats not always the case.
check out http//www.ibcc.edu.pk/Equivalence/equivalence.asp and click on you country alphabet on the left pane. You will get information from there. and if you have further confusion, let me know your country, degree & percentage & i'll contact the ibcc. they will atleast give a vague idea about your equivalence.
