As we first do

Dear ACMA(ICMAP) and CA(ICAP) r Pakistani qualifications(or whatever they call them).Hierarchy is not possible between them.Higher Education Commission(HEC) considers both of them as equal to a 16 year MCOM degree(hence both r equal to a Pakistani Masters degree).Even though minimum entry requirement for ICMAP is a bachelors/equivalent degree while a FA pass can start CA directly.
As far as CIMA,ICAEW etc r concerned , as they r foriegn qualifications and have similar attributes in UK as held by ICMAP/ICAP in Pakistan.
So in hierarchical order these r equal qualifications. There market worth is geography dependent.A ACA(ICAP) would never get similar salary in INDIA when compared to CA(ICAI) and vice versa.
