I think Smoking is also good option in event of Depression, Frustration.
Have some Long distance walking coz it is also proved madically that Walking reduces Depression.
Sleeping Pills also help lot in such Event, coz it gives you nice Sleep which ultimately reduces Depression.
Most Great option is to read Quran, Is say zehni or Dil ka sakoon milta hay. Allah k kalam main bohat burkat hay.
BTW, kis tarah ka RoG lag gya hay tumhain [})]
