Tax u/S 153

Dear member can AOP (registerd) adjust tax deduct on supplies and services or is it a final or minimum tax for them ?

tax deducted on supplies is final (s.153(3))
tax deducted on services is minimum {part (b) of proviso to s.153(3)}

Before amendment by Finance ACt, 2011, According to 153(6), same rule applied to AOP and invdividuals for tax year 2010.
