Hi,

I am building a new startup. I will receive $175,000 in venture funding. I am interested in incorporating my startup in Karachi.

Since I have a low budget for legal work, I was thinking to file incorporation myself. There will be 2 investors and 2 founders. I have few questions

1. What is the best structure of incorporation for this type of company?

2. What will be the fees on $175,000 initial share capital?

3. Is it easy to file incorporation myself?

4. Do I have to worry about future taxes, since my startup would not be able to generate profits initially?

5. What will be the total fees of filing?

6. Procedure in detail?
