First off there is no connection between ACCA and CPA.
CPA has its own requiremetns, you will not be exempt from any part of CPA if you have ACCA. Most of the states have a requirement of Bachelors degree with 150 semester hours of college education. No working expereince is required to take the exam and get certified. However, you will need a one year experience in accoutning to get your license.
