cute doll u r not alnoeWHO ARE FACING THIS PROBLEM. i am also facing all this things BALKE ES SE BE ZIADA. I dont knowe how to tackle all this things. I have just believe in ALLAH. muje be lagta hai k baki log kia kahe gain ke is ki insult hoti hai es ko kuch nai ata SPECIALLY sirf es ki he kio hoti hai baki logo ko to aisa masla nai hai. all this things realy problem. My seniors are MALES not FEMALES. but me ye sochti hn ke apna COMPLEX muje pe nikal rai hain.
Sari apni trainning me insult krwai hai ab wapis unko apne seniors per nikal ne ka moka nai milla es leye MUJ pe nikal rai hain. mein to unko saff jawab be deti hn kio k muj be BARDASHT nai hai.
ut I know I am wrong this thing will creat problem for me not for them . es tarah mein apna hi LOSS ker rai hn but kia keya ja sakta hai.

I know females se kuch ziada expectations hoti hain ke being a female wo hamari problems ko samaj sakti hain ya kamzkam hamari favour to kr sakti hain
but aisa kuch nai hota.

try to be independent. dosro ki baton ka dukh tab hota hai jab hum kuch expectation lagate hain. muje to kamzkam yehi lagata hai.
I am waiting for a best. you also do this

LAST THING

sab kuch ALLAH ke hath mein hota hai banda kluch nai kr sakta.DO GOOD HAVE GOOD. IF U R RIGHT THEN EVERYTHING WILL BE RIGHT

Hmmm lagta hai aap "FEMALES, NOT MALES" kehne k bajaye ulta keh geyin. Anyway, have faith in Allah. Mushkil waqt aata hai life mein. There's light after darkness. Have patience and endure it. God bless all of you who are in a tough time

Dear there is no debate that how ego is detrimental to ones career, neither I do intend to get in the debate that how you define this three character word. My point is IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A TRAINING ORGANIZATION TO NURTURE OR ELIMINATE ONES EGO. Unfortunately we are unaware of what professionalism is about. Hardships may prepare a professional to cope with difficult situations in future but you may not know that how unnecessary and self-built hardships devastates ones motivation.

A professional means an all-rounder, not just good with figures
