Both the guys are nobel prize winners, I dont think you would have difficulty obtaining copies of their research work from the website. Still if you are unable to obtain it let me know.

yeah, i know,, and i also got the corrections of their first article written in 1958, but i am unable to find the article itself consisting of almost 40 pages.. If you can provide me with web-add i will be more than thankful..

Hi ali

this series of articles (1958, 1963, 1977 etc) is about the kapital structure's importance for a given firm in a given industry. And the conclusion i have drawn from these articles is that in the perfect market kapital structure is of no importance but more than that the investments you make are important the source of kapital is somewhat irrelavant.

I can provide you with the soft copies of the articles if you or any other member will be interested..
