ICAP has always taken a keen interest to facilitate its students with learning opportunities. To channelise the learning efforts of students in the right direction "The Directorate of Education and Training" has organized a series of "Paper Specific Study Seminars" only for students of Modules A and C. These seminars will be held from 23 December 2005 to 04 January 2006 in Faisalabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Islamabad and Karachi as per the schedule. For official schedule, please click the link below;

Not always my friend. There were no such studies oriented seminars when we were doing CA about 8 years ago. Our only way to prepare for the exams were past papers. Now ICAP's position is somewhat threatened by the phenomenal growth in number of students pursuing ACCA and CIMA. In fact ICAP has turned more student friendly now than it was ever before. Good for all of you. All the best.

Regards

Asif

but all seminars are same..........i attended the M.Law one in summer and now attended C7 accounting2......they speak the same things...and when u ask a serious question they don't have answer....
like i asked them on what criteria to select book from their 10-15 books long list....they said
its ur teacher who will tell you...
but you must also check if the teacher has told u correct books or not!!!

and they talk more generally and less subject specific.....may be afraid that students will be "truly" facilitated..
