There have been too many changes since 2004, I wouldn't recommend using them

The 2006 handbook includes final International Standards on Auditing, International Auditing Practice Statements, International Standards on Review Engagements, and International Standards on Related Services issued as of December 31, 2005, as well as the IFAC Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants.
