In my personal view, they are;

Organisation Structure - Entity's Organogram/Organisational Hierarchy/Organisational Chart

Management Structure - Management Pyramid/Triangle/Matrix
(Strategic; Tactical & Operational Management Levels)

Strategic level refers to the highest management level who decide the overall strategy of an organization, like which markets to explore, introduction of the new products, establishing market niche in a certain area.

Tactical level refers to the management responsible for formulating policies to achieve what has been decided at the strategic level.

Operational level refers to the staff actually working to achieve these strategic goal.

I am thankful for your reply but my question was the difference between Organisational and Management Structure.
My class teacher also used to describe in similar words like you but there is a problem which,
As earlier told that Org. str. is Organisational Heirarchy and Manag.str. is Strategic, Tac, Oppr.
But if we focus on Heirarchy of Org.by taking the example of a Tall Organisation then we'll see that Top of the Heirarchy which occupied by the MD, Divisional Directors, Directors etc can be regarded as Strategic management, similary when we scroll down from the top, the next structures are Departmental Managers or Section Managers which could be denoted as Tacticle Management and similarly the Middle manegers and front line workers represents the lower level of management.
Then where is the point of difference ?
Please tell me because in these days it become a Hotest Topic of our class.
